Abstract

Laporan Kerja Praktek ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menganalisa masalah yang sedang dialami oleh True Beauty Academy dimana perusahaan ini bergerak pada penyedia pelatihan dan kursus kecantikan. Lembaga ini sebelumnya belum menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran yang baik sehingga menjadi peran penting bagi penulis untuk merancang strategi. Program Kerja Praktek di laksanakan sejak awal November 2019 sampai dengan akhir bulan Februari 2020. Langkah pertama dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek yaitu dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk menganalisa permasalahan dan solusi yang dibutuhkan oleh lembaga tersebut dan dilanjutkan dengan perancangan metode bauran promosi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari lembaga tersebut. Strategi Promosi yang efektif memiliki dampak positif bagi lembaga sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan. Hasil dari kerja praktek ini telah diterapkan melalui srtategi bauran promosi yag berupa advertising dan sales promotion pada True Beauty Academy. ********************************************************************** The Job Training Report aims to analyze the problems that are being experienced by True Beauty Academy where the company is engaged in providing training and beauty courses. This institution has not yet implemented a good marketing mix strategy so that it becomes an important role for writers to support the strategy. The Job Training Program is carried out from the beginning of November 2019 until the end of Februari 2020. The first step in the implementation of practical work is to conduct observations and interviews to analyze the conversations and solutions needed by the institution and improve the design of promotional mix methods that suit the needs of the agency. An effective promotion strategy that has a positive impact on the institution can help increase revenue. The results of this practical work have been applied through a promotional mix that includes advertising and sales promotions at True Beauty Academy.
