Abstract

Tujuan dari dilakukannya kerja praktek ini adalah untuk mengetahui , mendeskripsikan, dan memahami dengan jelas dan benar tentang bagaimanakah prosedur yang harus dilakukan terhadap pemberian perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) pada PT. Cladtek BI- Metal Manufacturing dan juga untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana tahapan dan proses yang harus dilakukan pada tindakan pemberian perlindungan keselamatan dan keseatan kerja (K3). Proses pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini dilakukan di PT. Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing di Kota Batam. Pada proses pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ini, metode yang penulis gunakan untuk menyusun laporan Kerja Praktek ini adalah metodologi penelitian hukum empiris yaitu dengan menggunakan data primer yaitu data yang didapat langsung dari lapangan berupa data hasil observasi, survey dan wawancara pada narasumber terkait. Penulis juga menggunakan data sekunder sebagai data pendukung yaitu data yang di dapat dari studi kepustakaan yang kemudian di analisis. Penulis memiliki tiga tahapan dalam melakukan penelitian ini, yaitu pada tahapan awal penulis melakukan survey atau observasi serta melakukan identifikasi masalah yang terjadi. Kemudian pada kedua penulis melakukan pengumpulan data yang telah di dapatkan serta menganalisis permasalahan pada tempat kerja praktek. Dan di tahap yang terakhir penulis membuat dan merancang solusi yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu tentang prosedur pemberian perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang dialami oleh PT. Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing di Kota Batam. Pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ini memiliki hasil bahwa PT. Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing sudah memiliki Standar Operasional Prosedur terhadap pemberian perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan juga telah sesuai dengan aturan Undang Undang No 1 Tahun 1970 tentang Keselamatan Kerja. Namum SOP tersebut dibuat dalam Bahasa inggris yang membuat tidak semua karyawan dapat memahaminya dengan baik dan benar, sehingga penulis membuat rancangan luaran proyek berupa Bagan alur prosedur pemberian perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan tahap yang lebih detail serta menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia. Sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu dan memudahkan pekerja atau karyawan untuk dapat tetap terlindungi dalam melakukan pekerjaan di PT. Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing di Kota Batam. Kata Kunci : Prosedur, Perlindungan, Keselamatan, Kesehatan, Kerja ********************************************************************** The purpose of doing this practical work is to know, describe, and understand clearly and correctly about how the procedure should be carried out on the provision of occupational safety and health protection (K3) at PT. For the BI-Metal Manufacturing and also to find out about the stages and processes that must be done in the act of providing safety and health care (K3). The process of implementing this practical work was carried out at PT. Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing in Batam City. In the process of implementing this Job Training, the method that I use to compile this Job Training report is an empirical legal research methodology that is by using primary data, namely data obtained directlyfrom the field in the form of observational data, surveys and interviews with related sources. The author also uses secondary data as supporting data, namely data obtained from library studies which are then analyzed. The author has three stages in conducting this research, namely at the initial stage the author conducts a survey or observation and identifies the problems that occur. Then the two authors collected data that had been obtained and analyzed the problems in the workplace practice. And in the last stage the author made and designed a solution related to the problems that occur, namely about the procedure of providing safety and health protection experienced by PT. Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing in Batam City. This Job Training has the result that PT. Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing already has Operational Standards Procedures for the provision of occupational safety and health protection and also in accordance with the rules of Law No. 1 of 1970 on Safety. However, the SOP was made in English which made not all employees understand it properly and correctly, so the author made a project output design in the form of a flowchart of procedures to provide safety and health protection in a more detailed stage and using Indonesian. So that it is expected to be able to help and facilitate workers or employees to be able to remain protected in doing work at PT. Cladtek BI-Metal Manufacturing in Batam City.
