Abstract

Kerja Praktek ini dilakukan guna menambah variasi mengenai alur pendaftaran merek yang dapat dilakukan oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah yang menjadi binaan Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Kepulauan Riau sebagai proses untuk mendapatkan Sertifikat Merek. Hal ini dilakukan agar para pelaku usaha tersebut dapat mendapatkan perlindungan hukum. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek dilakukan selama kurang lebih 1 bulan yaitu dimulai dari tanggal 17 Juni 2019 s.d 17 Juli 2019 dengan pelaksanaan yang menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan simulasi Kerja Praktek ini memberikan output berupa sosialisasi yang dilakukan secara langsung yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 Juli 2019 dan pemberian bagan alur mengenai prosedur pendaftaran merek yang dapat dilakukan secara individual ataupun perkelompok melalui Direktorat Jenderal Hak Kekayaan Intelektual ke bagian Fungsi Pelaksanaan Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah. Bagan alur tersebut dapat digunakan dikemudian hari jika nantinya ada pihak Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah yang belum mendaftarkan mereknya namun karena adanya suatu urgensi untuk didaftarkan merek tersebut sehingga pihak tersebut dapat melakukanya secara mandiri dengan biaya yang relative terjangkau. ********************************************************************** This internship activity was done to add variation of brand registration process that can be done by Micro Small and Medium Entreprise of Representative Office Bank of Indonesia Riau Islands on order to earn Brand Certificate. This was also done as part of development for business doers. Legal Protection is also receive by each individuals as their right. This activity is conducted for approximately a month since 17 June 2019 until 17 July 2019. Its implementation is using observation and simulation method. Forms of output that is given are socialization that was held on 1 July 2019 and a flowchart of brand registration process that can be conduct by both individual or groups through Directorate General of Intellectual Property to Development Function Micro Small and Medium Entreprise. This flowchart can be use later if any of these entreprises that is not yet registered their brand but there is an urgency to register it independently with relatively affordable fee.
