Abstract

Kerja Praktek ini dilaksanakan untuk menambah pengalaman Penulis dalam mengatasi suatu permasalahan di lingkungan kerja praktek agar terjadi peningkatan hubungan yang baik antara pelaku usaha dengan konsumen di Toko Citra Jaya dalam hal ini yang berkaitan dengan topik pembahasan penulis.Dalam hal ini, toko Citra Jaya tidak memiliki pernyataan garansi terperinci, catatan mencakup nama pembeli, tanggal pembelian, nama produk, warna produk, jumlah item, harga unit item, harga total, dan ketentuan garansi. Ini sangat berguna bagi pebisnis. Membuat catatan yang terjamin bisa menjadi panduan untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Pendekatan penulis terhadap kerja praktek ini adalah penelitian empiris, observasi langsung dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi masalah di toko Citra Jaya.Pekerjaan praktis ini dilakukan dalam tiga fase, yaitu fase persiapan, implementasi, evaluasi dan pelaporan. Output dari proyek yang dihasilkan selama pelaksanaan pelatihan kejuruan ini adalah untuk memastikan produksi uang kertas, termasuk nama pembeli, tanggal pembelian, nama item, warna produk, ukuran produk, jumlah barang, harga unit, harga total, ketentuan standar garansi. ********************************************************************** This Job Training is carried out to add to the experience of the Writer in overcoming a problem in the practical work environment so that there is an increase in good relations between business actors and consumers in Citra Jaya Store in this regard relating to the topic of the author's discussion. In this case Citra Jaya Store has no detailed warranty note where the note contains the name of the buyer, date of purchase, item name, color of item, quantity of goods, unit price of goods, total price, standard clause on warranty where notes this works very well for business people. As for making guaranteed notes can be a guideline in solving problems. The method implemented by the author in this practical work is empirical research, which is carried out direct observation and conducting interviews to find out what problems occur in Citra Jaya Store. This practical work is carried out in three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, assessment and reporting stages. The project output generated in the implementation of this Job Training is the making of guaranteed notes containing the name of the buyer, date of purchase, item name, color of item, quantity of goods, unit price, total price, standard guarantee clause.
