Abstract

Kerja Praktik ini ditujukan untuk merancang dan menyusun sebuah metode pencatatan secara akuntansi atau biasa disebut dengan sistem yang dapat mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi Depot Isi Ulang “Purist”.Kerja Praktik ini dilakukan mulai dari 01 September 2019 sampai dengan 31 Januari 2019. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktik ini adalah wawancara, observasi, tahap perancangan serta implementasi sistem. Hasil kerja praktik ini sangat diharapkan bisa menjadi solusi pemilik usaha untuk mengatasi kendala pada usahanya. Pada perancangan sistem ini penulis memanfaatkan basis perangkat lunak yaitu Microsoft Access. Sistem yang telah dirancang oleh penulis akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem pelaporan yang sangat membantu pemilik usaha memberikan informasi seperti laba atau kerugian serta posisi keuangan usaha. Sistem yang telah dirancang penulis telah diterapkan oleh owner Depot Isi Ulang “Purist”.Setelah sistem diterapkan, pemilik usaha dapat mengatasi masalah yang dihadapinya, seperti mengetahui infornasi laba dan rugi yang dialami secara akurat dan posisi keuangan usahanya.Dengan hasil yang sudah didapat melalui sistem yang dirancang penulis, pemilik usaha mengambil keputusan untuk mengembangkan usahanya. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this Practical Work is to plan and assemble an accounting system that can overcome the problems faced by the Refill Drinking Water Depot "Purist." This practical work takes place from 1 September 2019 to 31 January 2019. The methods used to seek out practical work include observations, evaluation, program design and implementation. This system design uses Microsoft Access software base.The outcomes of the author's developed system are a financial reporting method that can help business owners with facts such as profit or loss and the business ' financial position. The system that author created has been implemented by the business owner of Purist Refill Drinking Water Depot. By applying the program, the business owner can solve the challenges he faces, such as correctly understanding the advantages and disadvantages he encounters and the financial position of his firm.The business owner makes the decision to expand his enterprise, with the results obtained from the system designed by the writer.
