Abstract

Tujuan utama pelaksanaan kerja praktik ini adalah mengatasi permasalahan yang dialami oleh toko obat RU. Pemilik toko obat RU mengalami kesulitan mengetahui dan memahami kondisi atau masalah ekonomi yang dihadapi toko obat RU karena sistem akuntansi yang kurang akurat dan andal, dimana pemilik dan karyawan toko obat RU hanya mencatat pada buku secara manual ketika adanya pembelian dan penjualan hal ini menyebabkan toko obat RU tidak mampu menyusun laporan keuangan yang lengkap, akurat dan handal. Kerja praktik ini diadakan dari 09 Agustus 2019 hingga 31 Januari 2020. Kerja praktik ini menggunakan teknik observasi lapangan kerja, mewawancara kepada yang bersangkutan, merancang dan simulasi sistem akuntansi yang sudah didiskusikan bersama dengan pemilik toko obat RU. Sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang akan diwujudkan berbasis web dengan kolaborasi mahasiswa SI Universitas Internasional Batam. Luaran yang disampaikan kepada toko obat RU diantaranya adalah form penjualan, pembelian, laporan persediaan, laporan buku besar dan laporan keuangan. Laporan keuangan terdiri dari neraca, laporan laba rugi dan laporan perubahan modal. ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to solve the problem faced by RU drugstore. RU drugstore main problem is that the owner finds difficulty in knowing the conditions or economic problems faced by RU drugstore because the accounting system is less accurate and reliable, which they only record transactions manually on book whenever there is a sale or purchase therefore their practice cannot produce a complete, accurate and reliable financial report. The purpose of this practical work is to produce an accounting recording system that can be used by RU drugstore in carrying out operational activities. This practical work was execute during the period 09 August 2019 till January 31, 2020. The technic used is observation of workplace, interview with concerned, designation and simulation of accounting recording system which already discussed with RU drugstore owner. This practical work generate a web-based accounting recording system with the collaboration of SI student from International University Batam. Outputs delivered to RU drugstore include sales, purchase, inventory reports, ledger reports and financial statements. The financial statements include the income statement, balance sheet and statement of changes in capital.
