Abstract
Proyek kerja praktik memiliki tujuan dalam membantu Leon Boutique melakukan pencatatan akuntansi berbasis komputerisasi. Pencatatan yang dilakukan oleh Leon Boutique masih manual sehingga laporan keuangan tidak bisa tersajikan dengan handal. Pelaksanaan kerja praktik mulai dari periode Juli hingga November 2019 dengan observasi dan wawancara sebagai metodenya. Microsoft Access digunakan sebagai perangkat yang digunakan dalam sistem ini. Laporan keuangan akan terancang pada sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan usaha sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan operasional usaha. Laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan adalah laporan posisi keuangan dan laporan laba rugi. Sistem pencatatan akuntansi yang telah dirancang akan diimplementasikan kepada Toko Leon Boutique sehingga Toko Leon Boutique dapat menyajikan laporan keuangan yang handal atas transaksi-transaksi yang terjadi pada usahanya. ********************************************************************** This practical work project aims to help Leon Boutique which has been implementation manual bookkeeping system, in doing computerized accounting bookkeeping. Manual bookkeeping system has prevented it from producing a realible financial reports. This practical work was conducted from July to November 2019 by applying observation and interview methodology. Design of bookkeeping system is by using Microsoft Access and it would be done so that the system could cater to business needs of reliable financial reporting which in the end, leading to a good decision making. Financial reports that will be generated are the balance sheet and profit or loss statement The computerized bookkeeping system that has been designed will be implemented to Leon Boutique so that it could build and present reliable financial reports for the transactions that took place in their business.
