Abstract
Pelaksanaan program ini dimaksudkan mampu mempermudah pekerjaan Agatha Shop dalam pekerjaan pencatatan transaksi keuangan dengan memanfaatkan sistem yang berbasis komputer sehingga lebih efisien dan efektif dalam pencatatan keuangan. Agatha Shop merupakan UMKM yang berkecimpung pada sektor penjualan online tas fashion yang terletak pada Ruko Nagoya Gateway No 14. Kerja praktik ini dijalankan selama 6 bulan yaitu dari bulan Juli 2019 sampai dengan Desember 2019. Agatha Shop yang merupakan klien dalam kerja praktik ini menginginkan sistem sederhana dan mudah untuk dimengerti. Penggunaan Microsoft Access menjadi dasar dalam pembuatan sistem dan desain disesuaikan dengan kepentingan serta keinginan klien sehingga hasilnya sesuai dengan harapan klien. Implementasi sistem akuntansi selama beberapa bulan telah dirasakan perubahannya oleh Agatha Shop karena penginputan transaksinya lebih mudah dilakukan dan laporan keuangannya otomatis tercipta. Hasil laporan keaugan yang diciptakan diharapkan mampu membantu klien dalam mengambil keputusan agar hasilnya berguna untuk jangka panjang. ********************************************************************** The implementation of this practical work aims to assist Agatha Shop in recording accounting using a computer-based system so it is more efficient and effective in financial records. Agatha Shop is a UMKM engaged in online sales of fashion bags located at Ruko Nagoya Gateway No. 14. This practical work is running for 6 months, from July 2019 to December 2019 and process of reports about 1 month till 30 January 2020. Agatha Shop which is the client in practical work wants an accounting system that is simple and easy to understand. The design of this accounting system is made using Microsoft Access and the design is adjusted to the needs and desires of the client so the results are in line with client expectations. The positive changes in the implementation of the accounting system for several months have been felt by Agatha Shop because process of inputting transactions is easier to do and financial reports are automatically created. The financial statements generated by this accounting recording system can assist clients in making decisions so that the results are useful for the long term.
