Abstract
Villa Smart Net merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa warnet merangkap penjualan stationary. Villa Smart Net mencatat kegiatan transaksi jual beli persediaan secara manual menggunakan buku tulis. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membantu pemilik Villa Smart Net memperoleh laporan keuangan yang akurat. Kegiatan kerja praktik dilaksanakan pada 2 September 2019 hingga 15 Desember 2019. Sistem akuntansi yang diterapkan didesain menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Office Access 2013. Elemen yang terdapat dalam sistem berupa tabel, form, query, dan laporan. Luaran yang dihasilkan oleh sistem yang dirancang berupa laporan keuangan. Sistem yang telah didesain diterapkan oleh pemilik Villa Smart Net dengan baik melalui beberapa tahap pemantauan oleh penulis. Sistem yang diimplementasikan telah melalui beberapa tahapan perbaikan sehingga dapat digunakan oleh Villa Smart Net dengan mudah dan diharapkan mampu menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat dan lengkap untuk membantu pemilik mengambil keputusan. ********************************************************************** Villa Smart Net is a business engaged in field of internet cafe services and also selling stationary as a side business. Villa Smart Net records daily selling and buying transaction manually written in book. The purpose of this research is to providing an accurate financial report for Villa Smart Net’s owner. Practical work activities carried out from September 10th, 2019 to December 15th, 2019. The accounting system that implemented is made using Microsoft Office Access 2013. Elements contained in this system are table, form, query, and report. The output produced by the system is financial reports. The owner of Villa Smart Net has implemented the designed system through several stages of monitoring by the author. The system implemented has gone through several stage of improvement so that it can be used by Villa Smart Net easily and is expected to be able to produce accurate and complete financial report to help owner make corporate decisions.
