Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap dimensi sikap karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan industri manufaktur elektronik di Batam. Di era globalisasi ini, pertumbuhan jumlah industri terus meningkat khususnya industri di bidang manufaktur elektronik. Perusahaan terus meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar mampu bersaing dan bertahan. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perlu diperhatikan pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap dimensi sikap karyawan yang meliputi kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif, komitmen organisasi, dan keterlibatan kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan industri manufaktur elektronik di Batam. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya dilakukan dengan cara nonprobability sampling, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuesioner, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan sumber primer serta jumlah sampel yang terkumpul sebanyak 494 kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 21 untuk menguji masing-masing variabel. Dalam penelitian ini analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa kinerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen afektif, komitmen organisasi, dan keterlibatan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat beberapa saran, yaitu : komitmen afektif dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan hubungan yang baik antara karyawan dan perusahaan, menjadikan karyawan menjadi bagian dari perusahaan sehingga mempunyai rasa memiliki yang semakin tinggi yang akan meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Kepuasan kerja akan semakin meningkat dengan melakukan perbaikan kondisi kerja menjadi lebih nyaman sehingga menimbulkan niat dan ketertarikan karyawan untuk menikmati setiap ********************************************************************** Manahan Manurung. 2019. In this globalization era, the growth in the number of industries continues to increase, especially in the field of electronic manufacturing. The company continues to improve employee performance in order to be able to compete and survive. In improving employee performance, it should be noted the influence of employee performance on the dimensions of employee attitudes which include job satisfaction, affective commitment, organizational commitment, and work involvement. The object of this research is employees who work in electronic manufacturing companies in Batam. The sampling technique is done by nonprobability sampling, the data collection technique is done by questionnaire, data collection using primary sources and the number of samples collected is 494 questionnaires. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21 to test each variable. In this study the analysis used is linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. From the results of the research conducted it was found that employee performance had a significant effect on job satisfaction, affective commitment, organizational commitment, and work involvement. Based on the results of the study there are several suggestions, namely: Affective commitment can be improved by increasing good relationships between employees and companies, making employees become part of the company so that they have a higher sense of belonging which will increase their productivity. Job satisfaction will increase by making improvements to working conditions to be more comfortable so that it raises the intention and interest of employees to enjoy each job and feel satisfied with the achievement of the work produced.
