Abstract

Follow Me bergerak di bidang penjualan parfum menggunakan pencatatan manual pada sistem usahanya. Permasalahan Follow Me membuat pemilik kesulitan mengatasinya, ini disebabkan minimnya informasi dan tidak ada laporan yang tepat mengenai perkembangan kegiatan usaha. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis membuat rancangan sistem infomasi akuntansi berbasis komputer yang menghasilkan laporan sesuai kebutuhan usaha Follow Me dan standar yang berlaku melalui Microsoft Office Access. Pengumpulan data dan informasi usaha diperoleh penulis dari hasil observasi serta wawancara dengan pemilik. Rancangan sistem disesuaikan pada kondisi usaha Follow Me , hasil sistem yang dirancang memiliki 6 jenis formulir, 6 jenis laporan dan 3 list. Hasil rancangan sistem diharapkan mampu mengatasi masalah yang timbul, mengetahui laporan keuangan yang berlaku sesuai standar, serta bertambahnya wawasan sistem akuntansi. Implementasi dilakukan akan mencakup proses penyempurnaan dan evaluasi tidak lepas dari masukan dan saran yang diterima. ********************************************************************** Follow Me is one of Small &Medium Enterprises in batam that selling perfumes. Regarding the accounting system used by Follow Me, they used manual records without any intergrated system. Recording the transaction manually will lead to the error and mistake while recording, the data produced will not be accurate. In this project, author developed a computer-based accounting information system using Microsoft Office Access to make a generate transaction recording system produce the financial statements. The data and business information obtained are by observation and interview with the owner. The system is designed according to the Follow Me business conditions. The system has 6 types of forms, 6 types of reports and 3 lists. The results of the system design are expected to solved Follow Me problems, the owner becomes aware of the financial statements in accordance with applicable standards, and increase knowledge of the accounting system. The implementation will include a process of improvement and evaluation, that cannot be separated from the suggestion received.
