Abstract

Kerja pratik ini dilakukan oleh Peneliti memiliki tujuan untuk membantu UMKM dalam mengenal dan memiliki pencatatan akuntansi. Pengenalan dilakukan dengan membuat sebuah rancangan sistem pencatatan akuntansi berbasis komputerisasi dan digital dengan menggunakan program aplikasi Microsoft Office Access. Penggunaan aplikasi tersebut dipercaya dapat mencapai tujuan diadakan kerja pratik ini. Kerja pratik ini dilaksanakan melalui tahap observasi, survei, wawancara, merancang, penerapan, revisi dan penilaian. Perancangan yang dilakukan melalui program aplikasi Microsoft Office Access terdiri dari 4 bagian penting yaitu tabel, query, form dan report atau laporan. Proses sistem yang dirancang diawali dengan pengisian data transaksi melalui form. Form merupakan salah satu fitur dari aplikasi untuk memudahkan perekaman dan pencatatan transaksi. Kumpulan data yang diisi melalui form akan terkumpul di tabel. Query adalah salah satu sistem dalam aplikasi yang berfungsi untuk pengabungan data yang saling berhubungan dalam tabel yang pada akhirnya dapat digunakan pada proses penyajian laporan atau report. Query dirancang sedemikian untuk menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang diperlukan. Laporan keuangan tersebut terdiri dari laporan laba rugi, laporan neraca, laporan neraca percobaan, laporan persediaan, laporan penjualan, laporan aset tetap, laporan hutang piutang, laporan pembelian dan buku besar. Rancangan sistem ini akan diterapkan di Toko Jayden Fish. Dengan diterapkan sistem aplikasi Toko Jayden Fish dapat melakukan pencatatan akuntansi yang handal dan akurat hingga menyajikan laporan keuangan yang dapat digunakan oleh pihak perkepentingan. ********************************************************************** This research is held by the Researcher with the main purpose in helping UMKM for recognize and have an accounting system program. The familiarization stage was done with creating a computerized and digital accounting records recording system by using the Microsoft Office Access application program. The use of the application is believed to be able to achieve the objectives of this research. This research is held through with the stages of observation, survey, interview, design, implementation, revision and assessment. The design work is utilize through the Microsoft Office Access application program was consisted by 4 important parts, namely tables, queries, forms and reports. The system process designed begins with filling in transaction data through the form. Form is one of the features of the application to facilitate filling and recording a transactions. Accumulated data from filling the form will be contained in the table. Query is one of the systems application that functions to combine interconnected data in a table which can eventually be used in the process of presenting a reporting phase. Queries are designed so as to produce the necessary financial statements. The financial statements consist of income statements, balance sheets, trial balance reports, inventory reports, sales reports, fixed asset reports, accounts payable accounts, purchase reports and ledgers. The Accounting program will be applied at Jayden Fish Shop. By applying the application system, Jayden Fish Store can make a reliable and accurate accounting records to produce a financial reports that can be used by stakeholders.
