Abstract

Kerja Praktek ini dilakukan di Jasika Salon yang merupakan spesialis perawatan rambut pria dan wanita. Tujuan penulis melakukan kerja praktek ini yaitu agar dapat membantu Jasika Salon dalam menyusun sistem laporan keuangan dikarenakan perusahaan belum memiliki sistem laporan keuangan menggunakan komputerisasi. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek dilaksanakan selama periode 01 Mei 2018 hingga 31 September 2018. Pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, perancangan sistem uji coba serta implementasi sistem yang telah dirancang oleh penulis. Penulis menyusun laporan keuangan seperti laporan penjualan bulanan, laporan pembelian stock, laporan laba rugi, laporan neraca dan laporan arus kas, serta laporan pendukung lainnya seperti price list. Sistem Microsoft Excel digunakan dalam perancangan laporan keuangan. Laporan keuangan ini dibuat dalam bentuk sederhana agar dapat dengan mudah dimengerti dan diaplikasikan oleh perusahaan. ********************************************************************** This Practical Work is carried out at Jasika salon that engaged in the field of hair care. Author aims to help Jasika Salon in conducting the financial statements system due to the company's systems do not yet have the financial statements using a computerized system. The Practical Work are carried out during the period of May 1, 2018 until October 31, 2018. This Job Training Implementation uses the method of interviewing, observation, designing a trial system and implementing a system that has been designed by the author. Author compiles financial statements in the monthly sales reports, purchase reports, income statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports, as well as other supporting reports such as price lists. The Microsoft Excel system is used in designing financial statements. This financial report is made in a simple form so that it can be easily understood and applied by the company.
