Abstract

Tujuan dari dilaksanakan kerja praktek ini yaitu untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang muncul dalam sistem penilaian kinerja di PT. Kawal Bersama Mandiri dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawannya karena tidak tersedianya suatu sistem penilaian kinerja yang memadai. Kegiatan kerja praktek di PT. Kawal Bersama Mandiri dimulai pada bulan maret dan selesai bulan juli 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini adalah observasi, interview, perancangan, dan simulasi. Dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini penulis juga membuat rancangan penilaian kinerja yang terdokumentasi bagi PT. Kawal Bersama Mandiri. Luaran yang disampaikan kepada perusahaan meliputi proses tahapan penilaian kinerja yang dapat memberikan pemahaman bagi perusahaan dalam penilaian kinerja serta sebagai bahan pengembangan kinerja. Dokumen yang dihasilkan yang digunakan dalam penilaian kinerja, yaitu formulir penilaian kinerja. Formulir penilaian kinerja ini dirancang menggunakan metode skala peringkat yaitu memberikan penilaian berdasarkan skala-skala yang terdiri dari 5 poin penilaian. Terdapat 5 macam aspek yang dinilai dalam formulir penilaian kinerja, meliputi kecekatan, pengurutan informasi, menangani obyek, aktivitas fisik dan keselamatan. ********************************************************************** The Purpose of this practical works is to solve problems that arise in the performance appraisal system at PT. Kawal Bersama Mandiri in evaluating the performance of its employees due to the unavailability of an adequate performance appraisal system. Practical work activities at PT. Kawal Bersama Mandiri begins in march and is completed in july 2019. The method used in implementing this practical work are observation, interview, design, and simulation. In implementing this practical work the author also made a documented performance appraisal design for PT. Kawal Bersama Mandiri. Outputs delivered to the company include the process of performance appraisal stages that can provide understanding for the company in performance appraisal and as a performance development material. The resulting documents are used in performance appraisal, is performance appraisal form. This performance appraisal form is designed using a rating scale method that is giving an assessment based on scales consisting of 5 rating points. There are 5 types of aspects assessed in the performance appraisal form, including dexterity, sorting information, handling objects, physical activity and safety.
