Abstract

Laporan kerja praktek yang berisikan cara penulis mengatasi permasalahan terjadi pada toko pangkal gas dalam hal pencatatan persediaan barang. Kegiatan kerja praktek ini selama periode juli 2018 s.d October 2018. Adanya beberapa langkah yang dilakukan kegiatan kerja praktek ini adalah observasi lapangan, wawancara kepada pemilik perusahaan, pembuatan sistem pembaharuan. Kegiatan kerja praktek yang menghasilkan sistem pencatatan persediaan barang pada perusahaan dapat diperlihatkan kepada pemilik perusahaan keluar masuk jumlah barang serta harga yang dapat mengetahuainya kondisi perusahaan. Sistem pencatatan persediaan barang yang digunakan adalah program Microsoft excel 2010 dengan pengunaan sistem modern dapat sangat mudah mengetahuai stock persediaan barang pada perusahaan. Perusahaan melakukan sistem sederhana agar dapat mempermudah mengetahuai laporan keuangan. Hal ini adalah permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh pemilik toko tersebut. ********************************************************************** Report on practical work that contains ways to overcome problems that occur at the base gas store in terms of recording receipt of goods. This practical work activity is from July 2018 to October 2018. The steps taken by these practical work activities are field observations, interviews with company owners, making a renewal system. Work activities that produce a system of recording inventory items at the company can be shown to the owner of the company from the number of items that can know the condition of the company. The data recording system of goods used is the Microsoft Excel 2010 program with the use of a modern system that can easily find out the inventory of goods in the company. Companies that do simple systems can make it easier to find out financial statements. This is a problem that is being questioned by the shop owner.
