Abstract

Dalam perkembangan serta perubahan zaman, tentu kita semua sudah mengetahui akan teknologi yang semakin berkembang. Salah satu yang sudah berkembang adalah pekerjaan bekisting yang dimulai dari bekisting kayu, setelah itu berkembang bekisting baja, hingga yang terbaru bekisting menggunakan Aluma (Alumunium). Bagi Proyek Meisterstadt Batam, penggunaan bekisting alumunium ini merupakan langkah yang besar, karena juga bisa menghemat uang, tenaga kerja, bahan, serta waktu sumber daya manusia. Analisa yang dilakukan pada kerja praktek ini adalah membandingkan bekisting konvensional dengan bekisting alumunium dari segi biaya, mutu dan waktu. Adapun hasil perbandingan antara kedua bekisting tersebut dari segi biaya memiliki selisih Rp. 184.913.028,- yang mana bekisting alumunium memiliki harga yang lebih mahal, sedangkan dari segi mutu tentu lebih unggul bekisting alumunium karena bisa mengurangi cacat beton saat pengecoran, dan untuk waktu memiliki selisih 70 hari perbedaan yang tentunya bekisting alumunium lebih cepat selesai. Jadi tentunya bekisting alumunium sangat bagus untuk dipilih dalam konstruksi bangunan tinggi tetapi dengan catatan bangunannya yang berbentuk tipikal. ********************************************************************** In the development and changing times, of course we all know the technology that is increasingly developing. One that has been developed is the formwork work that started from wood formwork, after that developing steel formwork, to the latest formwork using Aluma (Aluminum). For the Batam Meisterstadt Project, the use of aluminum formwork is a major step, because it can also save money, labor, fuel, and time on human resources. Therefore the analysis that will be discussed in this report is to compare conventional formwork with aluminum formwork in terms of cost, quality and time. The comparison between the two formworks in terms of cost has a difference of Rp. 184,913,028, - which aluminum formwork has a more expensive price, while in terms of quality it is certainly superior to aluminum formwork because it can reduce concrete defects when casting, and for a time difference of 70 days the difference is certainly aluminum formwork more quickly completed. So of course the aluminum formwork is very good to be chosen in the construction of tall buildings but with a note that the building is typical.
