Abstract
Kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk menyeimbangkan Kehidupan Kerja, serta Intensi terhadap Kehidupan Kerja dengan sistem dan pencatatan manajemen pada PT. Mega Trade Tritama agar mengatasi suatu Hubungan Keseimbangan Kerja serta Intensi pada masalah-masalah yang biasa terjadi pada perusahaan. Kegiatan kerja praktek ini dilakukan pada tanggal 10 Juli 2016 hingga 30 Nov 2018. Perancangan Hasil Kerja Praktek ini dilakukan secara langsung wawancara dan observasi dengan Pemilik Perusahaan tersebut. Dari Kerja Praktek yang dilakukan oleh Penulis sesuai dengan Analisa berdasarkan kondisi dan permasalahan-nya, serta dilakukan dengan desain yang sama dengan kebutuhan untuk perusahaan tersebut. Dengan sistem yang digunakan berdasarkan Profil Perusahaan, Struktur Organisasi, Persediaan Barang, Team Work organisasi kerja, dan Pemahaman dengan barang-barang. Sistem perancangan ini pada manajemen dirancang berdasarkan dengan standar manajemen, berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan rencana ataupun target pada perusahaan tersebut. Dengan sistem pemilik dari perusahaan PT. Mega Trade Tritama agar mudah mengambil suatu keputusan untuk masa depan perusahaan. ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to balance Work Life, and Intention to Work Life with a system and management records at PT. Mega Trade Tritama in order to overcome a Relationship between Work Balance and Intention on problems that commonly occur in the company. This practical work activity is carried out on 10 July 2016 until 30 November 2018. The design of the results of the practical work is carried out directly by interview and observation with the owner of the company. From the Job Training carried out by the Author in accordance with the Analysis based on the conditions and problems, and carried out with the same design as the requirements for the company. With the system used based on the Company Profile, Organizational Structure, Inventory, Work Organization Work Team, and Understanding of goods. This design system in management is designed based on management standards, runs smoothly and in accordance with the plan or target of the company. With the system the owner of the company PT. Mega Trade Tritama makes it easy to make a decision for the company's future.
