Abstract

Analisa pelat lantai pada Workshop 5 PT KIM SEAH menggunakan metode koefisien momen. Pelat lantai yang dianalisa memiliki panjang 42,5 m dan lebar 48 m. Beton yang digunakan dalam menganalisa pekerjaan pelat lantai adalah beton mutu K-350 dengan dengan ketebalan pelat lantai 250 mm. Secara deskriptif (literature), perhitungan yang dilakukan menggunakan metode koefisien momen. Dalam perencanaan digunakan dua jenis beban yaitu beban mati dengan total 6,5 kN/m2 dan beban hidup 4 kN/m2 sesuai dengan fungsi bangunan sebagai gudang atau bengkel. Pada langkah selanjutnya adalah menghitung momen akibat beban terfaktor dengan tabel momen dengan perletakan terlepas pada semua sisi dan didapat momen maksimum sebesar 1333,735 kN/m2. Dalam perencanaan penulangan pelat merujuk pada SNI 03-2847-2002 sehingga diperoleh penulangan dengan besi yang digunakan ukuran 12 mm dengan jarak 200 mm. ********************************************************************** Floor plate analysis of Workshop 5 PT KIM SEAH uses the coefficient moment method. The analyzed floor plate is 42.5 m long and 48 m wide. The concrete used in analyzing the work of floor plates is K-350 quality concrete with a thickness of a floor plate of 250 mm. Based on the literature method, the calculation is done by the moment coefficient method. Based on the calculation, it uses two types of loads which are dead load with the total of 6,5 kN/m2 and live load with the total of 4 kN/m2. The next step of the method is to find the moment through the table of moments for plates with free placement. The maximum amount of moment is 1333,735 kN/m2. As in the plate reinforcement planning, the author uses guidelines of SNI 03-2847-2002 so it results to use the reinforcement steel 12 mm with a distance of 200 mm.
