Abstract

Kerja praktek ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Laundry kilat dalam mengembangakan promotion mix dan branding position . Hal ini disebabkan belum adanya SDM yang memadai dan terbatasnya pengetahuan pemilik dalam pelaksanaan kedua strategi tersebut. Kegiatan Kerja Praktek dilakukan selama periode 1 Juni 2018 s.d 31 Oktober 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek adalah observasi, interview, dan implementasi. Kerja Praktek ini menghasilkan sistem promotion mix dan branding position yang tersusun untuk diaplikasikan oleh perusahaan. Luaran yang disampaikan kepada perusahaan meliputi database konsumen potensial yang menjadi target pasar oleh Laundry Kilat , langkah yang digunakan sebagai salah satu media pendukung membangun strategi promotion mix dan branding position yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran untuk mengembangkan usaha laundry kilat. ********************************************************************** This practical work aims to overcome the problems faced by MSMEs in lightning Laundry in developing promotion mix and position branding. This is due to the unavailability of adequate human resources and the limited knowledge of the owners in the implementation of these two strategies. Practice Work Activities carried out during the period 1 June 2018 s.d 31 October 2018. The method used in the implementation of Job Training is observation, interview, and implementation. This practical work resulted in a structured promotion mix and branding position system to be applied by the company. The output delivered to the company includes a database of potential consumers who are targeted by Laundry Kilat, a step that is used as one of the supporting media to build a promotion mix and branding position strategy that can be used as a basis for implementing marketing strategies to develop lightning laundry businesses.
