Abstract
Pembangunan merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang telah di sepakati oleh dua belah pihak dalam bentuk jasa untuk membangun sebuah bangunan seperti bangunan tempat tinggal, pusat perbelanjaan dan bangunan penunjang lainnya. Pembangunan terdiri dari struktur atas dan struktur bawah. Salah satu struktur bawah ialah Tiebeam, Tiebeam merupakan sloof yang berfungsi sebagai pengikat hubungan antara pondasi satu dengan pondasi lainnya, Analisa ini dengan menggunakan data yang diperoleh melalui kerja praktek di Grand Batam Mall - PT. Rejeki Putra Riau selama tiga bulan mulai bulan February 2017 sampai Mei 2017. ********************************************************************** Development is an activity that has been agreed upon by two parties in the form of services to build a building such as residential buildings, shopping centers and other supporting buildings. Development consists of upper structure and lower structure. One of the lower structures is Tiebeam, Tiebeam is a sloof which functions as a binding link between one foundation and another foundation, This analysis uses data obtained through practical work at Grand Batam Mall - PT. Rejeki Putra Riau for three months from February 2017 to May 2017.
