Abstract
Kerja Praktek ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa jadwal yang digunakan pada pembangunan Ruko 4 lantai Mega legenda menghitung waktu pegerjaan proyek . Kegiatan Kerja Praktek dilakukan selama periode 08 Mei 2017 s.d. 07 September 2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ini adalah observasi, interview, perancangan. Kerja Praktek ini memberikan wawasan kepada penulis mengenai tata cara melaksanakan pekerjaan pada pembangunan gedung, serta memberikan kesempatan kepada penulis untuk mengimplementasikan pelajaran yang dipelajari selama di bangku perkuliahan. Berdasarkan data hasil interview yang didapatkan beserta observasi langsung di lapangan , penulis menganalisa serta melakukan melakukan analisa efesien terhadadap jadwal pengerjaan proyek Ruko mega legenda dengan menggunakan Analisa terhadap waktu kerja. Kata kunci: analisa RAB, jadwal, dan kurva S ********************************************************************** This practice aims to analyze the schedule used in the construction of 4-storey office Mega legend counts the time pegerjaan project. Job activities conducted during the period May 8, 2017 till September 7, 2017. The method used in the implementation of this practice is observation, interviews, design. This practice provides insight to the author about the manner of carrying out the work on the construction of buildings, as well as provide the opportunity for the author to implement the lessons learned during the lecture on the bench. Based on interview data obtained along with direct field observations, the authors analyze and perform analyzes efficiently terhadadap mega commercial project execution schedule legend by using analysis of the working time.
