Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kerja praktek di PT Pratama Widya adalah agar mahasiswa atau peserta kerja praktek sendiri bisa memahami pengaplikasian ilmu teknik sipil di lapangan konstruksi suatu proyek terutama pada tahap pekerjaan pondasi. Apartemen Puri Khayangan residence adalah proyek konstruksi gedung 18 lantai dengan 490 unit ruangan dibangun oleh PT Kinarya Rekayasa. Lokasi proyek pembangunan gedung apartemen Puri Khayangan residence terletak wilayah Batam Center, tepatnya di jalan Raja Ali Kelana, Belian, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia. Proyek tersebut dimulai sejak awal tahun 2017 sampai dengan saat ini. PT Pratama Widya dibawah pimpinan kontraktor pelaksana PT Prambanan Dwi Paka telah ditunjuk sebagai perusahaan yang terpercaya untuk membangun struktur pondasi pada proyek konstruksi gedung apartemen Puri Khayangan residence. Topik kerja praktek yang dibahas adalah analisa perencanaan dan pekerjaan pondasi bore-pile proyek pembangunan gedung apartemen Puri Khayangan residence. Waktu pelaksanaan kerja praktek adalah selama kurang lebih tiga bulan, direncanakan mulai dari tanggal 26 bulan Februari tahun 2018 sampai dengan perkiraan selesai pada tanggal 26 bulan Mei tahun 2018.Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui cara studi literatur dan studi lapangan. Pada tahapan analisis data dan pembahasan, didapatkan hasil dari perhitungan rumus daya dukung penghabisan (M.J. Tomlinson) untuk masing-masing pondasi, dengan rincian titik bore-pile (BP-19), titik bore-pile (BP-113), titik bore-pile (BP-114), titik bore-pile (BP-126), titik bore-pile (BP-128) dan titik bore-pile (BP-193) berturut-turut adalah kekuatan sebesar 745.2360 ton, 753.0735 ton, 748.2217 ton, 762.9638 ton, 756.6191 ton, dan 760.7245 ton. Sedangkan, untuk daya dukung diijinkan (SF=2.0) untuk masing-masing pondasi, dengan rincian titik bore-pile (BP-19), titik bore-pile (BP-113), titik bore-pile (BP-114), titik bore-pile (BP-126), titik bore-pile (BP-128) dan titik bore-pile (BP-193) berturut-turut adalah pada batas 372.6180 ton, 376.5368 ton, 374.1109 ton, 381.4819 ton, 378.3096 ton, dan 380.3623 ton. ********************************************************************** The purpose of the implementation of practical work in PT Pratama Widya is that students or participants of practical work alone can understand the application of civil engineering science in the construction field of a project, especially at the stage of foundation work. Apartment Puri Khayangan residence is an 18 floors building construction project with 490 units built by PT Kinarya Rekayasa. The location of the building project of Puri Khayangan residence is located in Batam Center, precisely on Jalan Raja Ali Kelana, Belian, Batam City, Riau Islands, Indonesia. The project started from early 2017 to the present. PT Pratama Widya under the leadership of contractor PT Prambanan Dwi Paka has been appointed as a trusted company to build the foundation structure in Puri Khayangan apartment building construction project residence. Working practice topics discussed are the planning and foundation analysis of bore-pile project development of Puri Khayangan residence apartment building. The execution time of the practical work is for approximately three months, planned from the 26th of February to 2018 until the estimation is completed on May 26th of 2018. Data collection techniques are through literature study and field study. In the stages of data analysis and discussion, the results obtained from the calculation of the final carrying capacity formula (MJ Tomlinson) for each foundation, with details of bore-pile point (BP-19), bore-pile point (BP-113), bore- pile (BP-114), bore-pile point (BP-126), bore-pile point (BP-128) and bore-pile point (BP-193) are 745.2360 ton, 753,0735 ton, 748.2217 ton , 762.9638 tons, 756,6191 tons, and 760,745 tons. Whereas, for allowable carrying capacity (SF = 2.0) for each foundation, with details of bore-pile point (BP-19), bore-pile point (BP-113), bore-pile point (BP-114), point bore-pile (BP-126), bore-pile point (BP-128) and bore-pile point (BP-193) are 372.6180 ton, 376,5368 ton, 374,1109 ton, 381.4819 ton, 378,3096 ton, respectively 380.3623 tons.
