Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek ialah membantu sekolah Tije Club and School untuk merancang ulang sistem penilaian kerja yang telah ada. Hal tersebut dikarenakan sistem penilaian yang telah dimiliki sebelumnya bersifat formal dan masih kurang efektif sehingga tidak dapat mendeskripsikan karakteristik dari setiap pekerjanya dengan baik. Observasi dan wawancara merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis. Pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek dilakukan dari bulan Oktober 2019 hingga Februari 2020. Performance appraisal yang dirancang ulang menggunakan metode 360 degree, dimana metode ini menggunakan berbagai sumber sebagai penilainya yaitu dari diri sendiri, atasan, rekan maupun bawahan, serta dari kostumer. Terdapat 6 indikasi penilaian pekerja yang dilakukan , meliputi kerapihan, sikap, disiplin, pengendalian diri, intrapersonal, dan partisipasi. Kerja Praktek ini menghasilkan sistem 360 degree performance appraisal untuk Tije Club and School dimana sekolah menjadi lebih memahami karakteristik dari setiap pekerja dengan lebih baik lagi. Para pekerja pun juga termotivasi untuk berkerja lebih giat lagi dengan adanya reward yang akan diberikan jika memberikan performa kinerja yang terbaik. ********************************************************************** This Practical Works aimed to help Tije Club and School to redesign performance appraisal system. It is because the performance appraisal that they had been too formal and not effective enough so they cannot describe the worker characteristic. Observation and interview are the technics that the writer used. This Practical Works began in October 2019 and ended on January 2020. The redesigned performance appraisal uses the 360 degree method, which means that it involves multisource to give a feedback in other words, are self-appraisal, superiors, subordinates or peer, and costumers. There are 6 indicators in the performance appraisal, such as neatness, attitude, discipline, self-control, interpersonal, and participation. Practical works produced 360 degree performance appraisal system for Tije Club and School where school can become more understanding to the characteristics of each worker. Worker can be motivated to work harder if there is a reward that will be gifted to the most hardworking worker.
