Abstract
Kerja Praktek dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat secara langsung atau membuktikan teori yang telah yang telah dipelajari selama perkuliahan dan mengaplikasikan di dalam dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya. Kerja praktek ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) MBPRU. Perhitungan nilai properti bangunan workshop merupakan sebuah bangunan Workshop ERW yang memiliki 1 Lantai Workshop + 1 Lantai Meazanin Kantor. Kerja praktek yang dilakukan yaitu menghitung nilai properti. Perhitungan nilai properti tersebut menggunakan metode pendekatan biaya. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan metode pendekatan biaya didapatkan hasil perhitungan untuk nilai properti Workshop ERW yaitu Rp 89.045.900.000,- ********************************************************************** Practice work is carried out with the aim to see directly or prove the theory that has been learned during lectures and apply in the real world of work. This practical work is carried out at the Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) MBPRU. The calculation of the property value of the workshop building is a building of ERW Workshop which has 1 Floor Workshop + 1 Floor of Meazanin Office. This practical work is carried out in the Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) MBPRU. The practical work done is to calculate the value of property. The calculation of property value uses the cost approach method. Based on calculations using the cost approach method, the calculation results for the ERW Workshop property value are Rp 92.540.900.000,-
