Abstract

Kerja praktek bertujuan untuk memahami pelaksanaan pekerjaan pada sebuah proyek gedung bertingkat, dalam hal ini termasuk pelaksanaan K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) proyek, metode pelaksanaan lapangan, dan perhitungan terhadap manpower/pekerja. Sumber data penelitian pada laporan Kerja Praktek ini diambil dari pelaksanaan Kerja Praktek penulis yang dilaksakan Pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Apartemen Formosa Residence. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kerja praktek ini adalah pengamatan (observasi) dan interview. Kegiatan kerja praktek dilaksanakan selama 01 Maret 2018 sampai dengan 01 Juni 2018 sesuai ketentuan yang diberikan oleh pihak Universitas Internasinal Batam kepada penulis. Cara pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan pada proyek tersebut. ********************************************************************** This practical work is aim for analysis every single method from planning or designing in dock platform which had been design by Batam Structural Engineering Company at Wajok Hulu area, Mempawah regency. The result of this research will be used in designing a dock with more efficient and accurate in all aspects. In this practical work time for more or less three months, it had been using some methods such as observation, interview, documentation and instrument. The result that we got from this practical work is about changing the design of Flat slab dock with a maximum carrying capacity and the spawning design for platform. This system had been designed through some project data which gained from ground research, size determination of dock, heavy load that will work or dock, the location of dock which are desired by the owner. With the analysis and design that provided by Batam Structural Engineering Company, it had met all the requirements in a construction and the owner has approved the result too.
