Abstract
Didalam dunia proyek manajemen sangatlah dibutuhkan supaya proyek berjalan dengan lancar tanpa adanya kesalah pahaman diantara pihak-pihak. Manajemen proyek adalah salah satu cara untuk mengelolah suatu proyek supaya kegiatan tersebut tercapai secara efisien dan efektif. Bila didalam suatu proyek tidak ada yg memanajemen, proyek tersebut akan terhambat dan tidak berjalan dengan lancar. Didalam manajemen proyek ada beberapa metode untuk menjadwalkan proyek salah satunya adalah metode PERT. Metode PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) adalah metode yang digunakan didalam proyek untuk menyusun jadwal proyek. Penggunaan metode PERT dapat mengurangi penundaan yang terjadi dan mengetahui jalur kritis didalam kegiatan selama proses proyek berjalan. Jalur kritis adalah jalur yang dimana prosesnya tidak boleh ditunda dan harus berjalan sesuai yang telah ditetapkan bila kegiatan yang berada dijalur kritis tidak berjalan sesuai yg telah ditetapkan proyek akan mengalami permasalah atau tertundanya proyek. Maka dari itu didalam proyek memerlukan adanya manajemen supaya Proyek berjalan dengan lancar. ********************************************************************** In the world of project management is needed so that the project runs smoothly without any misunderstanding between the parties. Project management is one way to manage a project so that the activity will be achieved efficiently and effectively. If there is no management in a project, the project will be hampered and not run smoothly. In project management there are several methods for scheduling projects, one of the methods is pert method. The PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) method is a method that used in a project to compile a project schedule. The use of pert methods can reduce the delays that occur and find out the critical path in the activities during the project process. Critical lane is a path where the process should not be delayed and must proceed according to what has been determined, if the activities that are in the critical path do not work according to what the project has determined there will be a problem or delay in the project. Therefore, the project requires the management so that the project will runs smoothly.
