Abstract

Kerja praktek ini merupakan suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk menerapkan strategi promotion mix pada cafe Hoop Rivier, strategi ini diterapkan dengan maksud membantu Hoop Rivier dalam memasarkan produk lebih luas. Oleh karena jumlah kompetitor yang banyak pada bidang cafe di kota Batam, sehingga Hoop Rivier perlu melakukan bauran pemasaran ini agar dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor yang ada. Wawancara dan observasi merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini. Hasil rancangan untuk kegiatan Kerja Praktek ini adalah mengimplementasikan strategi promotion mix dalam menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas dengan memanfaatkan advertising, sales promotion, direct dan digital marketing. Hasil penerapan untuk kegiatan Kerja Praktek yang telah dilakukan merupakan periklanan berupa pemasangan banner, pencetakan poster sebagai sumber informasi diskon yang tersedia di Hoop Rivier dan mengandalkan influencer agar Hoop Rivier lebih diketahui oleh masyarakat dan meningkatkan profit penjualan. ********************************************************************** This practical work is an activity that aims to implement the promotion mix strategy at Hoop Rivier cafe, this strategy is implemented with the intention of helping Hoop Rivier in marketing through a wider market. Because of the large number of competitors in the cafe sector in Batam, Hoop Rivier needs to do this marketing mix in order to compete with existing competitors. Interview and observation are data collection techniques used in this practical work. The result of the design for this Job Training activity is to implement a promotion mix strategy in reaching a wider market by utilizing advertising, sales promotion, direct and digital marketing. The results of the application for the Job Training activities that have been carried out are advertisements in the form of banners, printing posters as a source of discount information available at Hoop Rivier and relying on influencers so that Hoop Rivier is better known by the public and increases sales profits.
