Abstract

Salah satu kekurangan dari teknik meracik dan mencampur minuman oleh seorang bartender adalah adanya potensi inkonsistensi akibat dari faktor human error. Penelitian ini membahas perancangan mesin bartender otomatis yang dapat membuat minuman dengan takaran yang presisi. Perancangan mesin ini menggunakan Arduino sebagai mikrokontrolernya. Sedangkan aktuatornya akan menggunakan motor dc, motor servo, dan pompa air elektrik. Sensor yang digunakan adalah sensor flowmeter. Dengan desain mekanik tertentu, dari beberapa wadah sumber minuman di bagian atas, minuman akan mengalir ke wadah stirring,selanjutnya ke wadah shaker, dan akhirnya ke gelas minuman ready to serve. ********************************************************************** One of the drawbacks of a bartender mixing drinks is the potential inconsistencies due to human error. This study discussed the design of an automatic bartender machine that is able to mix drinks with precise measurements. The design of this machine used Arduino as the microcontroller while the actuator used a DC motor, servo motor, and electric water pump. The sensor used is a flowmeter sensor. With a certain mechanical design, from a number of source drinks containers at the top, the drink would flow to the stirring container, then to the shaker container, and finally to ready to serve glass.
