Abstract

Alasan dilakukan analisis ini adalah agar dapat membandingkan perencaan yang dibuat dalam lingkup biaya serta schedule yang telah dibuat dengan hasil yang telah dicapai setelah proses pembangunan proyek selesai pada Proyek Tunas Bizpark yang berlokasi di Batam Centre. Hasil dari proses analisis ini adalah dimana kita dapat mengetahui perbandingan dalam satuan persen untuk biaya borongan dan juga perbandingan garis kurva S dalam schedule proyek tersebut. Analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan metode barchart serta perbandingan biaya senderhana sehingga perbandingan antara perencanaan dan hasil akhir dapat terlihat perbedaannya. Disimpulkan bahwa proyek pembangunan Gudang di Tunas Bizpark ini terlambat 3 bulan dikarenakan berbagai kondisi eksternal yang terjadi sehingga menghambat proses pekerjaan konstruksi, misalnya seperti pengawas harus menjaga proyek blok lain yang berada di komplek tersebut, dan serta pengaruh akan kurangnya tenaga kerja dalam proses pengerjaan konsturksi. Sehingga menyebabkan pekerjaan yang seharusnya diselesaikan dalam waktu singkat menjadi panjang, maka dari itu project ini dapat menjadi contoh kasus untuk proyek selanjutnya yang akan dibangun demi mencapai hasil proyek yang maksimal. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this analysis was to compare the plans made within the scope of the costs and schedules that had been made with the results achieved after the project development process finished at Tunas Bizpark Project located at Batam Center. The result of this study is the reader can find the comparison in percent units for piece costs and also the comparison of the S curve lines in the project schedule. The analysis was accomplished using the bar chart method and simple cost comparison, thereby the comparison between planning and the final results can be seen in the difference. It was concluded that the warehouse construction project at Tunas Bizpark was delayed by 3 months due to various external conditions that occurred which hampered the construction work process, for example, the supervisor had to maintain other block projects located in the complex and the effect would be a lack of labor in the construction process, thus, causing the work that should be completed in a short time becomes extended. Therefore, this project can be a case example for further projects to achieve maximum project results.
