Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penjadwalan proyek dengan metode Line of Balance. Pembahasan penelitian akan meliputi penentuan durasi pekerjaan dengan metode Line of Balance, membandingkan durasi pekerjaan dengan penjadwalan existing dan mengidentifikasi kelebihan penjadwalan proyek dengan metode Line of Balance. Data penelitian menggunakan penjadwalan proyek pembangunan Hotel Santika Batam. Lokasi proyek berada di Jl. Engku Putri No.9 Batam Centre, Batam. Jumlah lantai bangunan sebanyak 10 lantai. Dengan nilai kontrak lebih besar dari Rp. 25.000.000.000. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa penjadwalan Line of Balance membutuhkan durasi pekerjaan yang lebih singkat sebanyak 5 minggu dibandingkan durasi pekerjaan penjadwalan existing. Penggunaan penjadwalan Line of Balance memiliki kelebihan dalam penentuan waktu memulai pekerjaan yang disusun dengan paket pekerjaan masing-masing. ********************************************************************** This study aimed to evaluate project scheduling using the Line of Balance method. The research discussion would include determining the duration of work using the Line of Balance method, comparing the duration of work with existing scheduling and identifying the advantages of project scheduling with the Line of Balance method. The research data utilized scheduling from Santika Hotel Batam construction project. The project was located on Jl. Engku Putri No.9 Batam Center, Batam. The number of building floors was 10 floors. The value of the contract is greater than Rp. 25,000,000,000. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that Line of Balance scheduling requires a shorter work duration of 5 weeks compared to the duration of the existing scheduling. The use of scheduling Line of Balance has advantages in determining the time to start work arranged with each work package.
