Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari struktur kepemilikan (manajerial; institusional; pemerintah dan konsentrasi kepemilikan), tipe industri, umur perusahaan dan leverage terhadap modal intelektual. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia dengan rentang waktu 2014 sampai dengan 2018 dengan menggunakan perhitungan market to book ratio sebagai pengukur modal intelektual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode kuantitatif yang mengambil sumber informasi keuangan perusahaan terpublikasi di bursa efek. Terdapat 199 perusahaan dalam rentang waktu penelitian yang tidak memenuhi kriteria sehingga jumlah perusahaan yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini sebesar 473 perusahaan. Uji regresi panel dilakukan pada data penelitian yang telah terkumpulkan dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengujian statistika. Hasil penelitian menemukan variabel struktur kepemilikan, kepemilikan manajerial dan konsentrasi kepemilikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kepemilikan institusional dan umur perusahaan ditemukan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap modal intelektual sedangkan kepemilikan pemerintah dan leverage ditemukan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap modal intelektual. ********************************************************************** This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of ownership structure (managerial type; governance and ownership ownership), industry type, company age and leverage on intellectual capital. This research was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with a time span of 2014 to 2018 by using the market to book ratio calculation as a measure of intellectual capital. This research is a quantitative study which takes the source of financial information of companies published on the stock exchange. There are 199 companies in the span of research that do not meet the criteria so that the number of companies that are the object of this research is 473 companies. The regression panel is performed on research data that has been collected using a statistical testing application. The results of the study found that ownership structure, managerial ownership and ownership ownership variables were not significant. Institutional ownership and age of the company were found to have a significant negative effect on intellectual capital while government ownership and leverage were found to be significantly positive on intellectual capital.
