Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih adanya guru yang tidak dapat menunjukkan RPP saat diadakan supervisi oleh kepala sekolah ke ruang kelas hal ini mencerminkan kemampuan pedagogik seorang guru dan dapat berujung pada rendahnya gambaran motivasi mengajar. Solusinya dilakukan pendampingan dengan pendekatan secara individu guna menumbuhkembangkan kemampuan pedagogik serta motivasi mengajar. Tujuannya guna mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan pendampingan individu untuk menambah kemampuan pedagogik juga motivasi mengajar. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua tahapan siklus, dimana setiap siklusnya dilakukan dua kali tatap muka dengan susunan tiap siklus terdiri dari: pra pendampingan, pendampingan, observasi, serta refleksi. Hasil pengamatan siklus I menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor kesiapan dokumen RPP termasuk kategori cukup, rata-rata skor kategori persiapan pembelajaran kategori cukup, rata-rata skor motivasi pada guru kategori baik. Hasil observasi untuk siklus ke dua menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata skor kesiapan dokumen RPP tergolong kedalam kategori amat baik, rata-rata skor kategori persiapan pembelajaran kategori amat baik, rata-rata skor motivasi mengajar pada guru kategori amat baik. Indikator keberhasilan telah dicapai pada siklus dua sehingga penelitian dihentikan pada siklus dua. ********************************************************************** This research was motivated by there are some teachers who cannot show their lesson plans during supervision by the school principal in the classroom, and this reflects the teacher's pedagogical ability and it can lead to a low level of teaching motivation. The solution is made some mentoring activity with individualized approach to improved the pedagogical capability and teachers motivation. The purpose of this research is to make certain about the effectiveness of individual mentoring activity in order to improve pedagogical capability and teachers motivation. The research was implemented in two cycles, with each cycle need twice meeting and each stage of the cycle is arranged by: pre implementation, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result in the first cycle showed the RPP document readiness score stay in category enough, the score of the learning preparation lay at categories sufficient, the score of teachers motivation is in the good category. The results of the second cycle showed that the score of the RPP document readiness was on very good category, the category score of learning preparation was on very good category, the score of teaching motivation was on very good category. Indicators of success have been achieved in two cycle so the research is stopped in cycle two.
