Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya peningkatan kompetensi kepala sekolah didalam menyusun Kurikulum 2013 dan program supervisi akademik baik sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan tindakan perbaikan. Hasil yang didapat setelah pelaksankaan adalah sebagai berikut: Deskripsi data awal kepala sekolah 1). Penyusunan Kurikulum 2013 adalah 68% dan 2). Program Supervisi Akademi sebesar 47%. Data yang diperoleh pada siklus I sebagai berikut 1). Penyusunan Kurikulum 2013 adalah 80% dan 2). Program Supervisi Akademi sebesar 70%. Sedangkan pada siklus II data yang diperoleh adalah 1.) Penyusunan Kurikulum 2013 adalah 93% dan 2). Program Supervisi Akademi sebesar 91%. Berdasarkan kajian teori dan hasil tindakan bahwa pendampingan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi kepala sekolah dalam menyusun kurikulum 2013 dan program supervisi akademik. ********************************************************************** This study aims to determine the increase in the competence of principals in compiling the 2013 curriculum and academic supervision programs before and after corrective actions. The results obtained after the implementation are as follows: Description of the preliminary data of the principal 1). Preparation of the 2013 Curriculum is 68% and 2). the Academic Supervision Program is 47%. In the first cycle the data was obtained as follows 1). The 2013 Curriculum Compilation was 80% and 2). the Academic Supervision Program was 70%. While in the second cycle the data obtained was 1). 2013 Curriculum Preparation was 93% and 2). Academic Supervision Program was as big as 91%. Based on the study of theory and the results of actions that mentoring can improve the competence of principals in compiling the 2013 curriculum and academic supervision program.
