Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh keterlibatan keluarga, tata kelola dan gender terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Variabel dependen berupa kinerja perusahaan. Variabel independen mencakup keterlibatan keluarga, komite audit, komisaris independen, kepemilikan asing dan keterlibatan wanita. Sedangkan family power digunakan sebagai variabel moderasi. Objek penelitian menggunakan perusahaan yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2014 hingga 2018. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam pemilihan sampel dan sejumlah 76 perusahaan atau 380 data yang memenuhi kriteria. Regresi panel yang akan digunakan dan data dianalisa serta diolah dengan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) dan Eviews versi 10. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa variabel keterlibatan keluarga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sedangkan variabel komite audit, komisaris independen, kepemilikan asing dan keterlibatan wanita tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hasil dari hubungan family power dengan keterlibatan wanita berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. ********************************************************************** This study investigated the influence of family involvement, governance, and gender on the company performance. The dependent variable was in the form of company performance. Independent variables included family involvement, audit committee, independent commissioners, foreign ownership, and women's involvement whereas family power was used as a moderating variable. These object of research used companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014 until 2018. The purposive sampling method was used in the selection of samples and a number of 76 companies or 380 data met the criteria. The panel regression that were used and data analyzed and processed with Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Eviews version 10. The results of the study concluded that the family involvement variable has positive influence on company performance. While the audit committee variables, independent commissioners, foreign ownership and women's involvement did not affect the company's performance. The results of the relationship of family power to womens involvement negatively affect company performance.
