Abstract

Berkembangnya zaman yang sangat pesat membawa pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat dalam perbankan. Bertambahnya perbankan yang ada di Indonesia baik bank negara maupun bank asing memicu persaingan yang sangat pesat dalam dunia perbankan. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk menganalisis pengaruh hubungan politik terhadap performa suatu perbankan dan pembiayaan pendanaan perbankan tersebut. Tolak ukur yang dijadikan pengukuran yang berperan dalam penelitian ini adalah state-owned banks, foreign banks, efficiency, credit risk, liquidity risk dan risk aversion. Populasi yang diambil adalah populasi dari perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2013 hingga 2017. Untuk mendukung penelitian ini, digunakan metode purposive sampling dalam pemilihan sampel dan didukung dengan adanya pengujian terhadap hipotesis menggunakan metode regresi panel dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS dan Eviews 8. Hasil penelitian menjabarkan perbankan yang memiliki hubungan politik bagi bank negara lebih bernilai dibandingkan bagi bank asing, hal ini dibuktikan dengan state-owned banks, foreign banks, efficiency berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap performa perbankan, sedangkan liquidity risk dan risk aversion memberikan hasil yang sebaliknya yaitu signifikan positif terhadap performa perbankan. Sementara itu, memiliki hubungan politik berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan pendanaan yang lebih murah terbukti dari state-owned banks, foreign banks, efficiency berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap pembiayaan pendanaan perbankan, sedangkan liquidity risk dan risk aversion berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap pembiayaan pendanaan. ********************************************************************** The very rapid development of the era brought a very rapid growth in banking. The increasing number of banks in Indonesia, both state and foreign banks, has triggered very rapid competition in the banking world. This study was made to analyze the effect of political relations on the performance of a banking and financing of banking funding. Measurements that play a role in this research are state-owned banks, foreign banks, efficiency, credit risk, liquidity risk and risk aversion. The population taken in this study is the population of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013 to 2017. To support this research, a purposive sampling method was used in sample selection and supported by testing the hypothesis using the panel regression method and data were analyzed using SPSS and Eviews 8 programs. The results showed that banks that have political relations for state banks are more valuable than foreign banks, this is evidenced by the state-owned banks, foreign banks, efficiency has a significant negative effect on bank performance, while liquidity risk and risk aversion give the opposite result, which is significant positive on banking performance. Meanwhile, having a political relationship has an effect on cheaper financing funding, as evidenced by state-owned banks, foreign banks, efficiency has a significant positive effect on bank cost of funding, while liquidity risk and risk aversion have a significant negative effect on cost of funding.
