Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk meneliti anteseden dari variabel kinerja karyawan di perusahaan manufaktur di Batam. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kepuasan kerja, motivasi, komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi. Hubungan antar variabel diatas diteliti untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan, perusahaan manufaktur di Batam, dan dapat mengambil manfaat dari penelitian ini dengan memberikan perhatian yang lebih besar pada variabel yang diteliti dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, kuesioner disebarkan pada karyawan perusahaan manufaktur di beberapa kawasan industri di Batam. Kuesioner disebarkan sebanyak 400 responden dan kembali sebanyak 378 kemudian hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk menguji data demografi responden dan signifikansi antar variabel, maka didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa semua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan manufaktur di Batam. ********************************************************************** This study is to examine the antecedents of employee performance variables in manufacturing companies in Batam. Supporting variables are job satisfaction, motivation, commitment and compensation. The relationship between variables needs to be considered to study the factors that affect company performance, manufacturing companies in Batam, and can benefit from this research by giving greater attention to variables that want to improve employee performance. In conducting this research, questionnaires are distributed to manufacturing companies in several industrial areas in Batam. The questionnaire was distributed as many as 400 respondents and returned as many as 378 then the results of the distribution of the questionnaire were processed using SPSS version 24. Based on testing using SPSS to collect respondents and demographic data and between significant variables, the research results are obtained that all independent variables affect the performance of manufacturing company employees in Batam.
