Abstract

Dilakukan dengan tujuan dapat mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan serta pengaruhnya akan kinerja karyawan pekerja pada Kawasan Industri Batamindo. Variabel x atau independen pada penelitian berikut yaitu gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, gaya kepemimpinan otokratis serta gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif. Dependen pada penelitian penulis yakni kinerja karyawan. Digunakan metode purposive sampling pada penelitian dengan disebarnya 240 set kuesioner pada karyawan yang bekerja pada Kawasan Industri Batamindo kota Batam. Instrumen penelitian berisikan 24 instrumen pertanyaan masing-masinnya mewakili variabel dan juga peneliti mengolah data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 21. Hasilnya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan otokratis berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ********************************************************************** The study learn about the effect of leadership styles practiced in an organization and their effect on Batamindo Industrial Park employee performance. The independent variable in this study is democratic leadership, autocratic leadership and participative leadership with the dependent is employee performance. In this study the author uses the Non Probability Sampling method adopted, namely the Judgmental Sampling Method, also known as Purposive Sampling, which in the study will be more accurate because in the selection of samples there are certain criteria. The author distributed 240 sets of questionnaires to Batamindo Industrial Park employee in the city of Batam. The questionnaire consist of 24 questions that represent the related variables and the researcher performs data processing using SPSS version of 21. The results was DL unsignificantly affected to EP. AL significantly affects EP. The variable PL significantly affects EP.
