Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini berupaya untuk mempelajari pengaruh sistem recrutmen, sistem training dan sistem reward terhadap employee performance dengan variable intervening human resource management professional pada karyawan di Rumah Sakit Kota Batam. Sasaran yang penulis lakukan untuk di teliti adalah rumah sakit di Kota Batam yang mana terdapat 16 Rumah Sakit di Kota Batam ini untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit terhadap sistem recrutmen, training dan reward Metode penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling, dimana sampel penelitian wajib memenuhi kriteria karakteristik dari tujuan utama penelitian. Sedangkan metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modelling SEM dengan smart PLS versi 3.0 untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel independent rekrutmen, pelatihan, penghargaan, aspirasi, layanan kesejahteraan dan variabel mediasi human resource management professional terhadap variabel dependen employee performance. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa human resource management practice berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap variabel mediasi human resource management professional, dan variabel dependen employee performance secara langsung. Human resource management practice juga berpengaruh signifikan positif secara tidak langsung terhadap employee performance melalui variabel mediasi human resource management professional. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this study seeks to study the effect of the recruitment system, training system and reward system on employee performance with HRMP intervening variables on employees at Batam Hospital. Hospital in Batam City which consists of 16 Hospitals in Batam City is to find out Hospital employees about the supervisory system, training and rewards of the main research objectives. Meanwhile, this study uses SEM structural equation modeling method with smart PLS version 3.0 to analyze the independent variables, training, awards, aspirations, welfare services and professional mediation variables of human resource management on the dependent variable of employee performance. The results of this study indicate that human resource management practices have a significant positive effect on professional human resource management mediation variables, and employee performance directly dependent variables. Human resource management practices also have a significant positive effect indirectly on employee performance through mediating variables of professional human resource management.
