Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelediki pengaruh variabel rekrutmen dan seleksi, promosi jabatan, pelatihan kerja dan penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada bidang pengelolaan dan peningkatan sumber daya manusia di hotel berbintang di Batam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan dari lima hotel berbintang empat di Batam. Sebanyak 325 kuesioner disebarkan dan ada 300 responden yang kembali untuk diolah data dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikansi antar variabel yang diujidan menunjukkan hubungan antara variabel rekrutmen dan seleksi, promosi jabatan, pelatihan kerja dan penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawanpada karyawan hotel berbintang di Batam. ********************************************************************** This study aims to harmonize the effect of recruitment and selection variables, job promotions, job training and performance appraisal on employee performance. This research is expected to provide benefits in the field of management and improvement of human resources in four-star hotels in Batam. This research was conducted by submitting questionnaires to employees of five four-star hotels in Batam. A total of 325 questionnaires were distributed and there were 300 respondents who returned for data processing using SPSS version 24. The results showed a significant relationship between the proposed variables and showed the relationship between the recruitment and selection variables, job promotions, job training and improvement evaluations of employees in starred hotels in Batam.
