Abstract

Analyzing the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is the objective in this study. The independent variables examined in this study are intrinsic, extrinsic, supervisory, social, altruistic, leisure and stability. And for the dependent variable, job satisfaction. Researchers took a sample of criteria as employees in the company PT POS Indenesia, PT. JNE, PT. J&T Express and PT. TIKI in Batam City. The careful data by researchers in this study are in the form of primary data from July 2019 to August 2019. For the number of samples that will be used by researchers in this study are 300 samples. SPSS v.24 is a system of determination used by researchers in this study besides this analysis also uses descriptive statistical methods, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, t test and coefficient test. The results found in this research are that extrinsic, supervisory, social, altruistic and stability have a significant effect on job satisfaction. While intrinsic and leisure there is no positive significant effect on job satisfaction ********************************************************************** Analyzing the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is the objective in this study.
