Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh masing-masing variabel (1) motivasi, (2) pengalaman kerja, (3) kompensasi, serta (4) disiplin kerja secara individual dan bersamaan terhadap (5) poduktivitas kerja karyawan pada perusahaan ekspedisi di Kota Batam. Karyawan bidang jasa ekspedisi adalah populasi pada penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan sebanyak 150 kuesioner yang disebar ke karyawan-karyawan yang berkerja di perusahaan jasa ekspedisi seperti JNE, J&T, dan TiKi. Hasil Penelitian ini berkesimpulan motivasi, pengalaman kerja, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja bersamaan mempengaruhi produktvitas kerja karyawan perusahaan bidang jasa ekspedisi di Kota Batam, akan tetapi secara parsial atau masing-masing, motivasi dan disiplin tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap poduktivitas kerja karyawan perusahaan bidang jasa ekspedisi di Kota Batam. ********************************************************************** This study aims to analyze (1) hows work motivation impacting on employe productivity in company engaged in forwarding services in Batam City, (2) hows work experience impacting on employe productivity in company engaged in forwarding services in Batam City, (3) hows compensation impacting on employe productivity in company engaged in forwarding services in Batam City, (4) hows work discipline impacting on employee productivity at companies engaged in forwarding services in Batam City, and (5) hows motivation, work’s experiences, compensation, and work’s disciplines simultaneously impacting on employee productivity at company engaged in forwarding services in Batam City simultaneously. The population of this study is employees in expedition Service Company in Batam City. 150 questionnaires were distributed to employees who work in the field of expedition services such as JNE, JandT and TiKi. This study concludes that motivation, work’s experiences, compensation, and work’s disciplines simultaneously impacting the work productivity of forwarding service company employees in Batam City, but partially motivation and work discipline significantly not influencing the work productivity of workers in forwarding service companies in Batam City.
