Abstract

Penelitian berikut ini dibuat agar dapat mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari environmental performance,price value,range confidence dan attitude toward LCGC sebagai mediasi terhadap purchase intention pada penjualan mobil LCGC di Kota Batam. Penelitian berikut ini menggunakan objek penelitian yaitu masyarakat Kota Batam yang memiliki mobil LCGC. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian purposive sampling, kriteria penelitian ini memenuhi karakteristik tujuan penelitian tersebut. Pada penelitian berikut menggunakan metode SEM dapat disebut juga dengan structural equation modeling dengan smart PLS 3.0 dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari variable independen (environmental performance,price value, range confidence) dan variabel mediasi (attitude toward LCGC) terhadap variabel dependen (purchase intention). Populasi penelitian adalah penduduk yang berdomisili di kota batam dan sampel penelitian nya adalah masyarakat kota Batam yang memiliki mobil LCGC dengan brand Toyota, Honda, dan Daihatsu pada periode 2018 hingga 2019. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan environmental performance, range confidence (variabel independen) berhubungan signifikan positif terhadap attitude toward LCGC (variabel mediasi) dan price value (variabel independen) berhubungan tidak signifikan terhadap attitude toward LCGC (variable mediasi). Attitude toward LCGC memiliki hubungan signifikan positif langsung terhadap purchase intention. ********************************************************************** The following research was made in order to find out how much influence from environmental performance, price value, range confidence and attitude toward LCGC as a mediation of purchase intention on LCGC car sales in Batam City. The following research uses the object of research is the people of Batam City who have LCGC cars. In this study using purposive sampling research methods, the criteria of this study meet the characteristics of the research objectives. In the following research using SEM method can also be called structural equation modeling with smart PLS 3.0 with the aim of analyzing the influence of independent variables (environmental performance, price value, range confidence) and mediating variables (attitude toward LCGC) on the dependent variable (purchase intention). The study population is residents who live in the city of Batam and the research sample is the people of Batam city who have LCGC cars with Toyota, Honda, and Daihatsu brands in the period 2018 to 2019. The results of this study indicate that environmental performance, range confidence (independent variable) have a significant positive effect on attitude toward LCGC (mediating variable) and price value (independent variable) have insignificant effect on attitude toward LCGC (mediating variable). Attitude toward LCGC has a significant positive direct relationship to purchase intention.
