Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang baik dan mampu meningkatkan pretasi organisasi merupakan tujuan semua organisasi. Kemajuan perusahaan atau organisasi adalah merupakan tujuan yang harus dicapai, oleh sebab itu kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang esensial. Karya tulis ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel independen yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan distributor produk lantai keramik di Kota Batam. Pengkajian dilakukan dengan penyebaraan kuesioner kepada 120 responden yang berasal dari 6 perusahaan penjualan dan distributor keramik di kota Batam. Setelah penyebaran kuesioner berhasil dilakukan, sebanyak 115 kuesioner dikembalikan dan berhasil diisi dengan lengkap sehingga datanya dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman pengujian dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik. Berdasarkan hasil uji data didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara seluruh variabel independen dengan dependen. Hasil pengkajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dan bahan rujukan bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan referensi akademik bagi peneliti selanjutnya. ********************************************************************** This study discusses the influence of leadership style, motivation and work discipline in the performance of employees at a floor ceramic distributor company in Batam. Research on the performance of ceramic distributor employees needs to be done because of the rapid development in Batam that requires a lot of ceramics so that competition between companies could keep increasing. By knowing the factors that influence the performance of the company will be able to give greater attention to these factors. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents, employees of six ceramic distributors in Batam. After the questionnaires are distributed then recollected and obtained, as many as 115 questionnaires were filled completely and then tested for multiple regression by using SPSS version 21. Based on the results of the test, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between all the dependent and independent variables. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for ceramic floor distributor companies in improving the performance of their employees and academics for further research.
