Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji hubungan dan pengaruh dari participative decision making, psychological empowerment dan employee empowerment terhadap job satisfaction atau kepuasaan kerja karyawan di kentucky fried chicken di Kota Batam. Penulis menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda sebagai metodologi dalam penelitian ini. Sampel yang terkumpul untuk diolah menjadi data penelitian adalah 151 sampel atau data primer dari objek penelitian yaitu karyawan di kentucky fried chicken di Kota Batam Penulis menggunakan metode uji statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji f, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini sendiri menggunakan yaitu karyawan di kentucky fried chicken sebagai objek penelitian utama. Berdasarkan hasil uji data yang telah diolah program statistik SPSS versi 21, didapati bahwa variabel participative decision making, psychological empowerment dan employee empowerment memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap variabel dependen job satisfaction Kata Kunci: participative decision making, psychological empowerment,employee empowerment ,kepuasaan kerja, kentucky fried chicken ********************************************************************** This study aims to examine the relationship and influence of participative decision making, psychological empowerment and employee empowerment on job satisfaction or employee job satisfaction in Kentucky Fried Chicken in Batam. The author uses the method of multiple regression analysis as a methodology in this study. Samples collected to be processed into research data were 151 samples or primary data from the research object, namely employees at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Batam City. The author uses descriptive statistical test methods, validity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedastcity test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test. This research itself uses employees in Kentucky Fried Chicken as the main research object. Based on the results of the test data that has been processed by the SPSS version 21 statistical program, it was found that the participatory decision making, psychological empowerment and employee empowerment variables had a significant positive effect on the job satisfaction dependent variable Keywords:Participative Decision Making, Psychological Empowerment,Employee Empowerment ,Job Satisfaction, Kentucky Fried Chicken
