Abstract

Perkembangan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan baik itu dari wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Kota Batam juga menjadi salah satu sektor industri pariwisata yang berperan aktif di Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan Kota Batam merupakan salah satu pintu masuk bagi wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara setelah Bali dan Jakarta. Perancangan pembangunan industri perhotelan pun diperlukan perencanaan yang baik agar dapat berpengaruh besar terhadap operasional perhotelan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang seperti dalam segi pelayanan. Hotel yang memberikan pelayanan yang baik untuk wisatawan akan berpengaruh terhadap kunjungan kembali wisatawan. Keputusan wisatawan menginap dan kembali mengunjung hotel melalui beberapa faktor yakni brand, harga, lingkungan dan leisure (hiburan). Penelitian berkaitan dengan minat wisatawan datang berkunjung kembali ke Kota Batam terutama wisatawan yang datang berkunjung ke Turi Beach Resort, Montigo resort dan Radisson Golf & Resort. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah target 505 konsumen yang menginap di 3 hotel bintang 4 tersebut. Data lainnya yang digunakan oleh peneliti juga didapatkan melalui internet seperti data jumlah kunjungan wisatawan di Kota Batam dan sebagainya. Peneliti juga menggunakan beberapa referensi jurnal-jurnal dan buku yang berkaitan dengan variable-variabel yang akan diteliti seperti sikap wisatawan, norma subyektif wisatawan, pengendalian sikap wisatawan yang dirasakan dan minat kunjungan kmbali wisatawan di Kota Batam. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang dilakukan penulis hubungan sikap wisatawan, norma subyektif wisatawan dan pengendalian sikap wisatawan tehadap minat kunjungan kembali wisatawan ke Kota Batam berpengaruh positif. Hal ini menunjukkan rata-rata wisatawan yang berkunjung dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan dan sosial. ********************************************************************** The development of the number of tourist visits every year has increased both from local and foreign tourists. Hotels that provide good services for tourists will affect the return visit of tourists. The decision of tourists to stay and return to visit the hotel through several factors, namely brand, price, environment and leisure (entertainment). Research related to the interest of tourists coming back to Batam, especially tourists who come to visit Turi Beach Resort, Montigo resort and Radisson Golf & Resort. Data collection using purposive sampling method with a target number of 505 consumers who stay at these 3 4 star hotels. Other data used by researchers is also obtained through the internet such as data on the number of tourist visits in Batam and so on. Researchers also used several journals and book references relating to the variables to be studied such as tourist attitudes, subjective subjective norms, perceived tourist attitude control and interest in returning tourists to the city of Batam. Based on the results of the test conducted by the author of the relationship of tourist attitudes, subjective subjective norms and control of tourist attitudes towards the interest of returning tourists to the city of Batam has a positive effect. This shows that the average number of tourists visiting is influenced by environmental and social factors.
