Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel pelestarian lingkungan, kemajuan teknologi, citra hotel dan kualitas pelayanan dalam menjelaskan variabel loyalitas pelanggan pada hotel bintang empat di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 250 responden dengan 25 pertanyaan dan akan dilakukan pengujian data regresi menggunakan program SPSS. Dari hasil pengolahan data dengan SPSS diketahui bahwa kemajuan teknologi, citra hotel dan kualitas pelayanan terdapat hubungan signifikan secara positif dan variabel pelestarian lingkungan tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan secara positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan secara positif antara variabel kemajuan teknologi, citra hotel, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada hotel bintang empat di Kota Batam, sehingga hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi referensi jika manajemen perusahaan ingin mempelajari dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. ********************************************************************** The aim of this study is to acknowledge the impact of environmental preservation, advanced technology, hotel image and service quality in describing guest loyalty at 4 star hotel in Batam. This research is done with a survey method through questionnaire involving 250 respondents with 25 questions each and the data testing will be done using SPSS program. From the result of data processing, known that the advanced technology, hotel image and service quality had a positive significant impact and environmental conservation had no significant relation with guest loyalty. The result of this research shows that there is a positive significant relation between the advanced technology, hotel image & service quality, and guest loyalty in 4 star hotels in Batam. Therefore, the result of this research is expected to be a reference for company management to learn more and improve guest loyalty at their own company.
