Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penunjang yang paling penting yang menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam sebuah organisasi, Akan tetapi seiring berjalan nya waktu nantinya Sumber daya manusia di organisasi akan mengalami perubahan secara langsung pada penerapan pola kinerja karyawan nya. Untuk itu perlu adanya peran aktif dari pemimpin dan karyawan dalam bekerja sama mewujudkan kinerja organisasi yang berintegritas bagi perusahaan Gaya kepemimpinan, Kualitas SDM, Disiplin Kerja serta Pelatihan dianggap mampu menumbuhkan kinerja organisasi yang seharusnya dapat terus dikembangkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian dikembangkan dengan meneliti sampel pada unit kerja dengan populasi karyawan terbanyak di lingkungan Badan Pengusahaan Batam menggunakan kuesioner dengan 33 butir pertanyaan yang mewakili indikator tiap-tiap variable pada penelitian . Proses pengolahan data digunakan menggunakan program SPSS berdasar hasil jawaban 170 responden di unit kerja yg menjadi tempat penelitian dan menemukan hasil bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kualitas SDM, disiplin kerja serta pelatihan memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang positif terhadap kinerja dalam organisasi. ********************************************************************** Human resources is the most important supporting factor that becomes the key to success in an organization, but over time it later runs of the human resources in an organization will experience changes directly on the application of the pattern of its employee performance. For it is need for an active role of leaders and employees in work together embodies organizational performance that has integrity for the company Leadership style, quality of human resources, Work Discipline and training are considered capable of fostering organizational performance that should be able to continue to be developed by the company. Research developed with the poring over sample on a work unit with a population most employees in the Environment Agency Granted Batam using a questionnaire with 33 rounds of questions that represent indicators of each variable in the study. The process of data processing used to use SPSS program based on the results of the 170 respondents answers in the work unit wrote as a place to research and find the results that the style of leadership, quality of human resources, work discipline and training has a significant influence positive on performance in organizations
