Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel rekrutmen dan seleksi, kompensasi, pelatihan dan penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan perusahaan manufaktur di Batam. Penenelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner pada 400 responden. Responden adalah karyawan dari 5 perusahaan manufaktur di beberapa kawasan industri di kota Batam. Sebanyak 388 kuesioner didapatkan dari penyebaran pada karyawan dari berbagai posisi dan tingkatan kerja, kemudian setelah direkap maka dilakukan uji data dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan positif pada variabel independen terhadap dependen yang diuji. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sehingga proses yang sesuai prosedur dan seleksi yang ketat akan menghasilkan karyawan yang tepat untuk posisi yang dibutuhkan perusahaan. Demikian pula untuk variabel lain yang diteliti, semua mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen sehingga perusahaan manufaktur di Batam bisa memberikan pada peningkatan pelaksanaa semua variabel yang diteliti di lingkungan perusahaan. Kata Kunci: perusahaan manufaktur, rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan, kompensasi, penilaian kinerja, kinerja karyawan ********************************************************************** This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of variable recruitment and selection, compensation, training and assessment of employee performance in manufacturing companies in Batam. This research was conducted using a survey method by issuing questionnaires to 400 respondents. Respondents were employees of 5 manufacturing companies in several industrial areas in the city of Batam. A total of 388 questionnaires were obtained from the company at various positions and levels of work, then after being recapitulated the data was tested using the SPSS program. The results of the study showed a significant positive effect on the independent variables on the dependent sponsored. This study determines significant recruitment and selection variables on employee performance in accordance with procedures and selection that will produce the right employees for the position needed by the company. Likewise for other related variables, all of which have an influence on the dependent variable so that manufacturing companies in Batam can provide an increase in the implementation of all related variables in the company environment.
