Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah intitusi pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat dimana melibatkan perawat, dokter dan ahli medis lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini, rumah sakit yang diteliti adalah rumah sakit tipe B di Kota Batam dimana yang menerima diadakannya penelitian yaitu rumah sakit Embung Fatimah dan rumah sakit Awal Bros. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan pada dua rumah sakit ini, dimana sebanyak 207 kuesioner di olah dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dari kuesioner yang disebar kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dan PLS. Pengolahan data bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh sikap karir, keterikatan kerja terhadap perilaku kerja yang dimediasi oleh semangat dalam kerja. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu semua variabel menyatakan berpengaruh signifikan. Berdasarkan kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari penelitian tersebut, diketahui bahwa adanya faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku kerja. Dimana sikap karir, keterikatan kerja mampu mempengaruhi bagaimana perilaku kerja seorang karyawan. Pentingnya perilaku kerja yakni karena perilaku kerja seseorang mampu menciptakan keseluruhan citra sebuah perusahaan. ********************************************************************** Hospitals are public health service institutions which involve nurses, doctors and other medical experts. In this study, the hospital studied was a type B hospital in Batam where the research was held, namely embung fatimah hospital and awal bros hospital. The questionnaire was distributed to these two hospitals, where 207 questionnaires were processed in this study. Data collection from questionnaires distributed then processed using SPSS and PLS applications. Data processing aims to analyze the relationship between career attitudes, work attachments to work behavior that are mediated by enthusiasm in work. The results obtained are all variables stated significant effect. Based on the conclusions obtained from the study, it is known that there are factors that influence work behavior. Where career attitudes, work attachments can influence how employees behave. The importance of work behavior is because a person's work behavior is able to create the overall image of a company.
