Abstract

Pariwisata Indonesia banyak kunjungan oleh wisatawan mancanegara dengan pertumbuhan jumlah dalam kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara yang semakin baik, seiring jalan dengan tren-tren pariwisata internasional yang semakin bagus dan meningkat. Membuktikan pariwisata Indonesia itu adalah salah satu destinasi yang primadona dan memberikan udara segar untuk para pelaku di industri pariwisata. Hotel merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa untuk mencari laba keuntungan melalu dari pelayanan kepada para tamu yang nginap seperti tata graha, front office, food & beverage, rekreasi dan MICE. Salah satu bentuk akomodasi dalam bidang pariwisata yang peran penting. Dalam perkembangan hotel jaringan maupun hotel bintang khususnya di bali, sudah sangat baik dan segi fasilitas maupun pelayanan. Untuk fasilitas yang baik dan lengkap akan memberikan kepuasan kepada wisatawan yang menginap pada hotel tersebut. Kajian pustaka menunjukkan sejumlah studi yang menggabungkan identitas sosial dengan faktor-faktor sosial asing untuk membenarkan loyalitas merek hotel yang kurang. Dengan kata lain literatur pengeluaran perhatian yang cukup bagi sosial identifikasi pendahulunya identifikasi merek pelanggan untuk loyalitas merek dan tidak sejauh termasuk kedalam kerangka kerja yang didirikan secara bersamaan dalam model terisolasi seperti, kepercayaan, komitmen dan kepuasan. ********************************************************************** Indonesian tourism has many visits by foreign tourists with increasing numbers of tourist arrivals, along with the increasing and increasing international tourism trends. Proving that Indonesian tourism is one of the excellent destinations and providing fresh air for the actors in the tourism industry. Hotel are one of the businesses that are engaged in services to look for profit and profit through services to guests who are staying like housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, recreation and MICE. One form of accommodation in the tourism sector that has an important role. In the development of network hotels and star hotels, especially in Bali, it has been very good and in terms of facilities and services. For good and complete facilities will give satisfaction to tourists who stay at the hotel. The literature study shows a number of studies that combine social identity with foreign social factors to justify the lack of hotel brand loyalty. In other words, adequate social expenditure literature for identification of predecessor identification of customer brands for brand loyalty and not to the extent that it is included in the framework established simultaneously in isolated models such as trust, commitment and satisfaction.
